West Virginia's aquaculture is mostly limited to growing trout and other game fish for stocking in state streams, and some commercial facilities that use mine water to grow cold-water fish for sale. this article by Jessica Ferrell of the Marten Law Group was an interesting summary of the law that will apply to what is sure to be a growing industry - large scale commercial fish farming in the Gulf of Mexico.
