WV DEP Holds Meeting to Discuss Minor Source Air Permit Issuance

The West Virginia Division of Air Quality held a meeting last week to explain 45 CSR 13, the minor source permit rule. The rule was changed during the past Legislative session, and it should be reviewed by anyone responsible for permit applications. One of the purposes was to allow certain types of activities to occur before permit issuance. Anne Blankenship and others worked hard to get these changes made.
